Refund policy

All sales made through onlydeal.in are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos as proof, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

For prepaid orders, refunds (if approved under the above exception) will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
